Major General R. A. Hay, Commander of the Australian Force Vietnam, toast Victoria Cross recipient WO2 Keith Payne.

Payne was awarded the VC for the gallantry he displayed whilst leading a Mobile Strike Force company in Kontum province in May 1969.
