M-113 Armored Personnel Carrier (APC) destroyed by an enemy rocket propelled grenade (RPG).

This APC belonged with the 1st Cav. out of An Khe and was on convoy patrol along QL 19 when the attack occurred.

The M-113 was the first modern "Battle Taxi" and the Viet Cong often referred to it as the "Green Dragon."
