The 3rd pattern jungle jacket had only 6 instructions with the removal of number 4 (Waist tabs) and number 6 (Drain holes). Number 3 was also amended to reflect the removal of the gas flap.
(Note: On some early 3rd pattern jackets instruction number 3 still mentions the inner gas flap, even though the flap was no longer part of the design.)
