Camouflage Helmet Cover With Mosquito Net
Introduced during WWII, the
Helmet
Cover with Mosquito Net was made in the frog pattern camouflage worn by Marines during the Pacific campaign. The net, which covered both the face and neck when fully lowered, was typically tucked between the helmet shell and liner when not required. The cover also featured a looped band for inserting foliage.
