The 4th pattern Tropical Combat Coat, which was the version first to be made from rip-stop cotton poplin, was produced in both OG-107 and ERDL camouflage. The 4th pattern design had only one pen pocket and reintroduced the pocket drain holes removed from the 3rd pattern jungle jacket.
