Made from wind-resistant cotton poplin, the 4th pattern Tropical Combat Trousers were and were produced in both ERDL camouflage and OG-107. The 4th pattern design retained the stitched knee pleats, waistband straps and seams above the back pockets, but there were no pocket drain holes or cargo pocket leg ties.
