Naval Support Activity Saigon: Welcome To Vietnam

Naval personnel were given this booklet on arrival at the Annapolis Bachelor Officer Quarters / Bachelor Enlisted Quarters in Saigon. The Annapolis BOQ / BEQ was a transit billeting facility for all in-coming and out-going naval personnel. The booklet contained the rules and regulations of the billet, inprocessing information and maps of the area.
