Introduced in 1969, the Late War Sparse pattern was one of the last tiger stripe camouflages developed during the Vietnam War.1 Very similar to its Dense counterpart, it consisted of four colors (black, dark green and brown, all with a pea green outline) that were typically silk-screened on to a lightweight fabric.1.
