Regional Forces Beret

This Regional Forces beret was given to MACV advisor Major Bruce Carswell by the chief of Kien Phong province (IV Corps). During the first half of 1965, Carswell was the senior sector advisor in the province and, though he was a senior officer, frequently went on Regional Force operations.
