Stoner Magazine Pouch
The Stoner magazine pouch was made from cotton duck and could accommodate two 30rd magazines for the Stoner 63A1 rifle. Each pocket flap was closed by a snap fastener and two slide keepers on the back of pouch were used to attach it to the equipment belt.
The Stoner 63A rifle was tested by the Marines in Vietnam during 1967. However, the
Navy SEALs
predominantly used the belt fed Stoner 63A Light Machine Gun (LMG) and the 63A Commando.
